When selecting toppings, if you choose half toppings, please note that there is only one choice per line. If you choose all the toppings for the first half of your pizza, and then all the toppings for the second half of your pizza, any duplicated topping would mean that you actually want those toppings on the whole pizza. Your selection for this topping will be "left half" only. You must select which toppings are the whole pizza. ie 2 halves do not make a whole as there is only one choice per line.

Question: I made my order and clicked ADD TO ORDER, but I don't see my order.

Answer: Look to the right of your screen and if it is not there, you may have to try again. Watch carefully that there are not 2 orders the second time. If there is, simply delete one. We have experienced this using our wireless laptop, but not on our desk top computer.

Question: I placed an order and it says $00.00.TOTAL

Answer: You must re order it and choose a size for the price to display. Every size is a different price.

Question: I clicked on the wrong topping or I changed my mind but I can't unclick my choice, what do I do?

Answer: You must double click the topping to deselect it.

Question: I want one of your numbered pizzas, but I want to omit a topping and I do not want  to pay for it either. How do I do that?

Answer: Write the sauce and toppings down for the pizza you like. Go to CREATE YOUR OWN and duplicate the pizza omitting the toppings you don't like. Use the text box to complete any details of the pizza that cannot be described in the toppings and sauce list and place your order.

Question: What if I want something added to a numbered pizza?

Answer: Write the sauce and toppings down for the pizza you like. Go to CREATE YOUR OWN and duplicate the pizza adding any other toppings to it as well. Use the text box to complete any details of the pizza that cannot be described in the toppings and sauce list and place your order.

Question: I don't see an option for no sauce or no cheese. Do I have to phone my order in?

Answer: No. You can use the text box to describe this. Feel free to use- !!!!!!, to draw our attention to these choices.

Question: I want double toppings on  my pizza, how do I do that?

Answer: Use the text box to describe which toppings that you selected, that you would like to be double toppings. Place your order, we will adjust the price.

Question: I placed an order on line and chose one 1/2 of the pizza to be pepperoni and onion and the other 1/2 to be pepperoni and bacon, but when I got my pizza there was only pepperoni on one half. I know for sure I chose pepperoni on both halves. Did you make a mistake with my order?

No. You can only select one choice per line in the toppings list. In this case, two halves do not make a whole. If  a topping is actually on the whole pizza, you must select whole. In other words you can not choose pepperoni and the Left Half and pepperoni on the Right Half. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

 Question: I placed an on line order, but company has just arrived. If I order another pizza, will all my food automatically arrive together?

Answer: More than likely not. We simply don't go looking for these types of things. Typically each order is assumed to be for a different customer. You can go ahead and place another order on line but you must use the text box to alert us to this. You could say something like " I'm adding this to an order I already placed. pls bring altogether. Then it will be no problem to have all your food delivered at once.

Question: I'm ordering a special on line that includes pop, but I don't drink pop, can I use the text box to say "Instead of the pop,  give me 2 creamy garlic dipping sauces.

Answer: No. There are no substitutions allowed on specials.

Question: Why do I have to choose free delivery when you offer free delivery only?

Answer: I'm not smart enough to remove it.
